Last night was another big event at work, which throws off my whole day. I was really good at breakfast and lunch, but then again the day started moving too quickly and for the 2nd day in a row I did NOT get a chance to eat my safety-Lean Cuisine. So I went into the evening and its catering on an empty stomach... I grazed a bit too much. There was no dessert so I wasn't shoveling in cookies or anything, but the crab and artichoke dip was probably not so good.
But then came the after.... this was an event that has been a long time in the making and was very, very stressful. So some coworkers and I HAD to go out afterwards. And, since it's birthday weekend I decided to treat myself to my favorite - chocolate martinis. And cuz I was super-hungry, I got mini-burgers and ate 1 1/2 of the them plus the super-tasty potato chips they came with.
I'm starting to tally up the points now, but that may be kinda moot. As I said on Monday, I knew this week was going to be really tough. I'm just happy that I still was good at breakfast and lunch even though I knew the night would be a wash. My goal is to do the same today, cuz I've got big evening-out plans and I'm totally allowing myself to celebrate. My plan is to be good as usual for all the regular meals, but to enjoy the hell out of my birthday celebrations and then start up again for real on Monday. And you know what? Weight Watchers lets you do that! It's a lifestyle, not just a diet..... :-)

I'm with you. I lost 4 lbs the first week, my mid week weigh in was this morning and it ain't looking good. Stalled. Stupid trip out of town...forcing me to eat airport food.
