Aaargh. It's so hard to be disciplined! I've been slipping - last week I stopped tracking all my points. It's so easy to just pass a whole day by without ever opening up that darn web site to write things down! And I had several splurgey meals out. And I haven't been exercising. I know, I know, I suck.
But, the good news is that when I weighed in this morning, I had stayed the same. By the grace of God - or a bad stomach reaction to some weekend meals..... :-P

Don't be so hard on thyself : )
I think like me once you start eating right (most of the time) and exercising that your metabolism improves and starts to come alive.
I splurge almost every weekend and always stay at the same weight. Last year that was not the case.
Today is Monday so keep up the good fight until splurge Friday!

Just a heads-up... I rejoined WW last night, after finding a Monday night meeting that will fit into my school schedule. I'm pretty jazzed about it this time, as the school/work combo should keep me so busy I won't have time to eat (which is how I lost so much weight in grad school).

Don't give up. I find it is easy to let things slip a little and then guilt keeps me from getting back into the swing of things. You can do this!
