No Surprises

I just weighed in, and I stayed the same this week. That's good news, cuz I wasn't as good this past week as I was the week before. I still tracked all my points, but I ate a lot more of them. :-( And I wasn't good about exercising. So I know what I need to do this week......

Good for you, and guess what good for me to! After my 'Love it' sized ice cream and 1 day of being bad diet wise, I didn’t gain a pound: )

I think from my ‘almost’ daily walks and 5 day a week healthy diet my metabolism is shifting gears...Vrroom (lol)

BTW, very nice meal you prepared below. Keep it up!
