An egg beaters and cheddar omelet
Lunch:
8 oz orange juice
The 6-point Smart Ones Chicken Enchiladas Monterey (pretty tasty)
Snack:
my tummy was upset, and I don't know if this helped or not:
One turkey hot dog, with a slice of cheese on a bun
Dinner:
my attempt at a pseudo-Easter dinner for 1:
3 ~1/4 inch slices of turkey ham
1 pkg of Green Giant cheesy rice & broccoli
Dessert:
2 Jello sugar free pudding cups
