I lost another .4 pound this week. That's good... I wish I was seeing slightly bigger numbers, but I'm happy with the downward trend overall.
I did do a little exercise last night (the SELF Magazine Ab workout I've liked for a while), and true to form as a CMU alum I spent some time making a spreadsheet to track my exercise, complete with a handy-dandy graph. So, since I hate seeing a spreadsheet with no data in it, that's incentive for me to keep doing stuff. :-)
