Thanks.

PIP: You're such an inspiration, you really have done a great job. And I totally agree with everything you said - I do keep expecting to fail, so I can just go back to doing whatever the heck bad stuff I want. But since I can go back on plan easily even after slipping, it's like it doesn't really allow you to fail. And that's a good thing.

DJ: Thanks. I just might want a walking buddy this spring!Stefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10024186205791001584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20431979.post-1142548239486291822006-03-16T17:30:00.000-05:002006-03-16T17:30:00.000-05:00Does Weight Watchers provide an online food diary ...Does Weight Watchers provide an online food diary system for you? I use fitday.com. It's free and works well. Recording everything I eat definately helps me keep it under control.
Maybe you can balance it out the extra calories by going on some long walks. The weather is supposed to be fuddy-duddy for the next week though. Let me know if you ever need a NW DC walking buddy.Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12091631621776337711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20431979.post-1142540159068073832006-03-16T15:15:00.000-05:002006-03-16T15:15:00.000-05:00I hear you doll. I find, 48lbs later, that I am sometimes still waiting for this to fail. Clearly it isn't, but you get in a slump, and sick of it, it just gets hard. I've found that changing things up a bit helped, and also looking to others for inspiration. I like the people they showcase on the website who reached their goal, it means a lot to me. I've actually inspired women at my office, a bunch are starting to go to WW too.

For me that has ups and downs. I love that other people want to help themselves and think that I am the one showing them it can be done...However, I am VERY competitive and I know this can't be about being competitive with other people, it's very individual and personal and the person I'm competing with is me! Its sometimes hard to stay in that mindset.

Anywho, this is a post in and of itself. I am thrilled for you, you're doing great and keep up the good work!
